Where classic administration often fails
It was precisely out of this experience that Valora Property Advisory was born. Founder Vivian Möbius has experienced the weaknesses of traditional structures both as an owner and from the practice of property management – and developed a different approach: strategic steering instead of reactive administration.
What does that mean in concrete terms? We do not replace your property management company. We are the layer above it. We check whether statements are correct. We analyse whether your cost structure can be optimised. We plan maintenance measures with foresight rather than acting only once the damage is done.
The Valora approach: steer, don't administer
The most important difference is perhaps the simplest: we deliberately look after few mandates. No hundred properties, no mass processing. Every owner receives personal guidance, individual strategies and a point of contact who thinks alongside them. Nothing more, nothing less.
