Our website contains links to Instagram and LinkedIn. These are simple hyperlinks – no plugins are embedded and no data is transferred unless you click on the links.

8. AI Assistant & Statement Quick-Check

This website offers an AI chatbot and an AI-assisted statement quick-check. Your inputs (chat messages or pasted/uploaded statements and your email address) are transmitted to and processed by the AI providers Google (Gemini API) and, where applicable, TokenMix in order to generate the reply or assessment. Processing only takes place upon your active input or consent. Uploaded or pasted statements are not stored permanently by us. Please do not submit sensitive personal data – you may redact names etc. before submitting. Processing may take place on servers outside the EU. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The results are an automated initial assessment and do not replace legal or tax advice.
