No. Valora is not a classic property management company, but the independent level above it. We close the gap between owner and management: we coordinate management, service providers and tradespeople, review statements and prepare decisions in the owner's interest.
What exactly does Valora do for me?
We steer your property holistically: strategic management, owner advisory with review of statements and cost structures, care of investment and holiday properties, and, on request, support with a sale. You have one dedicated contact instead of many loose ends.
How does management differ from administration?
A property management company handles the day-to-day and reacts. Strategic management thinks ahead: it views the property as a whole – value development, costs, maintenance and strategy – and acts before problems arise.
Who is Valora suited for?
For owners, investors and entrepreneurs with high standards and little time who want economically sensible steering and personal care. We deliberately work with a few, intensively supported mandates – quality over quantity.
Does Valora also look after properties outside Leipzig?
Yes. Valora works location-independently. Whether an investment in Leipzig, a holiday property on Mallorca or a property elsewhere – we look after your property wherever it stands.
How is my Mallorca property looked after when I am in Germany?
On Mallorca we work with dedicated local contacts on site and, on request, take over the complete full service: key holding, coordination of tradespeople and service providers as well as regular property inspections and care – especially when you are not in your property.
What does it cost, and is the initial consultation free?
The initial consultation is free and non-binding. The terms of cooperation depend on the property, scope and goals – transparent and individual. In the initial consultation we determine together what makes sense.

Does Valora also handle the sale of a property?
Yes, as a complement we support the sale of residential and investment properties – discreetly and purposefully, from a realistic valuation through marketing to the notary appointment.
